      <image:caption>Thomas assumed the role of CEO of the Company in November 2020. In preparation for commercialization, as of December 1st 2025, he has shifted his focus back to the technical aspects of the development program. He brings extensive experience in management, research, development, and clinical validation for breakthrough diabetes technologies. Currently, Thomas leads the development of the hollow glucose sensor as Chief Science Officer. As CSO, Thomas has led the optimization of the chemistry and coating process, the hollow sensor design and the fabrication process development. Prior to joining the Company, Thomas was Manager of Polymer Development at Bayer HealthCare, Diabetes Care. Thomas holds a BS (2000) in Chemistry and an MS in Cell and Molecular Biology (2002) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He earned his doctorate in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Portland State University in 2017.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Peter is an experienced medical device executive who served in various roles at Bayer Diabetes Care including leading the technical and commercial development of the iSense CGM program (now known as WaveForm CGM) after the acquisition by Bayer in 2008. He led the carve-out of Bayer’s diabetes business to form what is now Ascensia Diabetes Care (ADC) and was most recently the Chief Transformation Officer at Tokyo-based PHC Group, the parent holding company of ADC. Peter brings with him a wealth of corporate experience and a strong network in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Peter received his Ph.D, in organic chemistry from the University of Göttingen and did post-doctoral fellowships at Nagoya University and Harvard University.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Shri has a diverse background with over 30 years in finance and operational roles. He completed his MBA at the Wharton School of Business before joining Corning Inc. in their Control function. At Corning, Shri developed reporting systems for the Advanced Materials Division and was the financial lead in some of Corning’s acquisitions in their Telecom Division. For the past 20 years, Shri has helped entrepreneurial venture and PE backed companies as CFO. Recently Shri was CFO at Maple Hill Creamery (MHC). Prior to MHC, Shri was CFO at Corr-Jensen (“CJI”, a sports supplement company). Prior to CJI he was COO at Botanical Laboratories for eight years where he assisted the company through a sale to Nature's Way, and was also part of the sale of Insitu Inc. (a unmanned systems manufacturer) to Boeing in 2007.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Solomon holds a BSME from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Idaho. He joined PDT in late 2017 as an intern while studying at PSU. His responsibilities increased in 2018 when he joined PDT full-time as the only member of the mechanical engineering team. He now leads a team of three at PDT as Sensor Engineering Manager. Solomon has been directly involved in numerous milestones in the development of PDT’s glucose-sensing cannula and the surrounding glucose- sensing infusion set that together make up PDT’s core product. Some of these milestones include the rollout of the production process to make PDT’s sensing cannulas on a small scale, the waterproofing of the electrical connection between sensing cannula and electronics, and the design of PDT’s first sensor insertion system used with human study participants.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kelly comes to Pacific Diabetes Technologies with over 20 years of Quality Assurance experience, 12 years of which has been in the medical device field. Prior to joining PDT, she worked in Sensor Development and Quality Systems for a glucose sensor start up (iSense/Bayer Healthcare) for 4 years, and 8 years as Quality Manager for a medical device contract manufacturer and ETO Sterilization company (Dravon Medical Inc.). As a Certified Quality Auditor (ISO 13485:2016), she has lead auditor experience in FDA, Registered Body, Customer, Supplier, and Internal Audits. She has designed new Quality Management Systems and successfully brought aging QMS up to current standards and practices. Her goal is to develop robust quality systems that will build a framework for continuous improvement and bring PDT into ISO 13485 compliance.</image:caption>

Early career was in Cellular Networks, Wireless communications and Video signal Processing. At Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA my interest was directed towards research in Biomedical Signal Processing where he earned another Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering. At his career midpoint, Vlad was working on developing and implementing Algorithms for SoC solutions for Cellular Network Communications and Media Gateway. In the last 8 years, Vlad has been leading Software and Algorithm development in Connected Medical Devices field with special concentration in peripheral devices that communicate with Smart Phone App via wireless protocols and use Cloud Connectivity for data management.</image:caption>

Prior to joint PDT he worked for an aerospace company for nearly 20 years where he was the chief electrical engineer and reported to the CTO as the EE member of the technical guidance committee. Joining the company in its infancy as the only EE, he grew the department and helped develop requirements and processes. By the time he left, the company had grown to over 1500 employees. Prior to that, he worked for a large electronic products manufacturer. He spent his early years in various product development groups and spent the last 10 years in their research labs, learning how to conduct and manage research projects. Ken is a member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu and IEEE.</image:caption>

At Pacific Diabetes Technologies she has performed the role of Senior Quality Control Specialist, and has now shifted to Production Lead of the Sensor Building Team where she has planning oversight to critical operations in the manufacture of CGM devices. Her previous experience includes Lead Technician and Shift Coordinator at Agamatrix/WaveForm Technologies, where she gained experience in the methods needed to build CGMS and she oversaw CGM electrode fabrication. Anh is proud to be part of a talented group of people bringing a novel product to the world of diabetes care.</image:caption>

He has background in the field of artificial pancreas research in people with type 1 diabetes and is co-author on many publications including the bi-hormonal artificial pancreas. Matt also lives personally with type 1 diabetes and has passion for working on a product that could simplify his diabetes management someday.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ken is a co-founder and a scientist who specializes in biosensors. He is the Board Chairman and co-founder of the Company. He has been deeply involved in development of percutaneous glucose sensors (iSense, Bayer, Legacy Health), a lactic acid sensor, and an oxygen sensor. Dr. Ward has had research grants from JDRF, NIH, CDC and DoD and was an early developer of a bi-hormonal artificial pancreas. He has written several articles on the biochemistry of glucagon. Dr. Ward left academia and led the Company to its first goal: the development of a subcutaneous insulin pump cannula that incorporates a continuous glucose monitor. Dr. Ward has published 75 original articles, 7 book chapters, and 11 review articles, mostly on the topics of diabetes technology and biosensing. He has been awarded 26 patents and has 3 patents pending.</image:caption>

He founded two successful endocrinology specialty clinics in Seattle and is currently active as a Diabetes/Endocrinology Consultant Advisor for multiple national and international platforms in the diabetes technology space. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology. Ed is currently the Volunteer Medical Director for the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) Chapter of the Amigos de las Americas and has been recognized for clinical excellence and compassionate care by his peers in numerous publications. Dr. La Cava was past Chair, Department of Medicine and Chief, Diabetes and Endocrinology at EvergreenHealthcare Kirkland, WA. Additionally, he is Chief Medical Officer and Advisory Board member for Aegis Technologies, Inc and Tiercel Security Solutions, Inc. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific NW for the American Diabetes Association. He was also Senior Editor, Diabetes Forecast Magazine, American Diabetes Association.</image:caption>
