Matt Breen : Quality Engineer

Matt holds a BS degree in General Science and Chemistry from Oregon State University (2009). He is a Quality Engineer and is responsible for assisting with the quality management system at PDT. He also performs bench testing of biosensors, and has experience with pre-clinical animal studies, microfabrication., and chemistry development of the sensor. He has background in the field of artificial pancreas research in people with type 1 diabetes and is co-author on many publications including the bi-hormonal artificial pancreas. Matt also lives personally with type 1 diabetes and has passion for working on a product that could simplify his diabetes management someday.
